We had the pleasure of working with Jeanne Abernathy on the recent purchase of our home in Eustis.  Jeanne was great to work with and showed us many properties while we tried to make up our minds.  One of the things we appreciated about her was that she never imposed her opinion of a property on us until we had clearly stated our opinion.  Once we found a property that we fell in love with she was instrumental in helping us negotiate a contract with a complicated and sensitive seller's situation.  She took us all the way through the closing process where everything went smooth as silk.  We have been in our new home for a few months now and are still very grateful to her for her help and professionalism.   Jeanne has become our "Go To" person when we need to find a service provider or business in our area.  She even helped us find a contractor to help with some remodeling on our new home.  We highly recommend Jeanne for all of your real estate needs!

I wanted to thank you for everything you did this year to make my first home purchase in Cypress Cove so pleasant.  I am glad you flagged me down the day I was driving through the complex "just looking."  I was incredibly impressed with your knowledge, professionalism, and amazing attention to detail.  I was worried I was going to be a handful for you but you never made me feel like I was. I knew what I wanted and you were patient enough with me to help me find it and get into it.

 

Also, thank you for your hard work in finding a lender for the condo, otherwise, I may not have found one.  I had no idea condo financing was such a challenge.
